We collect only the details you provide through an enquiry — name, email, phone, project type and your message — together with basic, non-identifying site analytics.

How we use it
Enquiry information is used solely to respond to you and, if we proceed together, to design and deliver your project. We do not sell or trade personal information, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Confidentiality
Client addresses, drawings, system documentation and photography remain confidential. Nothing is published or shared with third parties without written permission, other than where necessary to procure equipment or coordinate with your appointed consultants.
Retention and access
Project records are retained for as long as we support the system, so that future service is informed. You may request a copy of the information we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@rosegold.co.nz.
