RPT takes full responsibility from the first conversation through design, procurement, installation coordination and long-term management. We are engaged as advisors rather than suppliers, and the work is measured over years rather than at handover.
Collaboration
Our best outcomes begin early — at concept or preliminary documentation — where infrastructure, ceiling coordination and interface positions can still be resolved quietly on paper. We work in the language of the wider consultant team, issue documentation on their terms, and never ask a client to mediate between trades.
For existing homes, we assess what is worth retaining, then set a staged path forward that respects the finishes already in place.

The process

Design
Full documentation: system architecture, rack and network design, lighting and audio layouts, interface schedules. Drawings are issued to your architect, builder and electrician so the build proceeds without guesswork.

Procure
Equipment is specified, sourced and staged through us. One point of accountability for supply, warranty and version control — no gaps between designer, supplier and installer.

Manage
Installation is coordinated with the wider site programme, commissioned and calibrated, then supported. We remain the custodians of the system for as long as the relationship continues.
